Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Your Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • Once your order status shows “In Transit,” we cannot update the address.

Delivery Issues & Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address:

  1. Reshipment Option: You may pay a new shipping fee to resend your order.

  2. Refund Option: Request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).

    • If you used a “free shipping” promotion, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we incurred before issuing your refund.

30-Day Easy Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition.
